MEDICINE WOMAN CIRCLE

 

Women have gathered together in circles for centuries to rest, rejuvenate & receive support. A space for young girls, mothers, grandmothers - women at all stages of their life to come together & reconnect with the sacred feminine wisdom they hold.

 

This monthly gathering is a place for you to release and reset from the noise of a busy week.

 

This is a space to heal & remember who you truly are - from a place of rejuvenation, empowerment & honouring.

 

As we share you will be able to fully let go & drop into a state of deep relaxation. As we gather together to share our stories, journey within during gentle guided meditations and release the noise of the outside world - we will have chance to hear our inner guidance and let go of what needs to be released.

 

This monthly gathering offers a regular space for you to just be. My aim is to connect a supportive network of like-minded sisters in this area.

 

Each gathering will be a unique co-creation between us - expect meditations, sacred sound journeys, angel & oracle cards, journaling, sharing stories & group healing intentions.

 

If you haven't experienced an evening like this - it's a gentle gathering. There are no expectations, no rules, no agenda, just a place to share friendship, laughter, stories, experiences & inspiration. The evening flows however the group does. We share the funny, silly, deep & profound.

 

We all need a place to drop our masks & lower our defences from this at times intense & crazy world. Gathering together is always a gateway to healing.

 

No experience of meditation is needed. It is a space for you to relax, receive & your soul to be nourished.
