TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SESSION BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
Booking will take place via email, and on agreement of a convenient time and date full payment is expected. Once payment has been received, conformation of the booking will be sent.
Payment method is by bank transfer or PayPal. Details will be sent with the booking email.
All online sessions and events will be conducted through Zoom Conference calls in the first instance. If there is connection issues we may transfer to Skype, FaceTime or via a Phone call. I will always work to find a platform that works for both of us. In the rare occurrences that connection issues impede the quality of the session a new time will be arranged.
Any use of pharmaceutical or alternative supplements for depression, psychological/psychiatric conditions, severe and/or chronic illness must be noted and discussed directly before payments/bookings are made.
Cancellation by the therapist:
Your session will only be cancelled due to illness or events that make meeting the appointment impossible. In these rare cases you will be offered a new time and date that is convenient to you.
Cancellation by the client before the day of the session:
If the client cancels the appointment before the day of the session, a new appointment can be made at no extra cost. A refund can be requested as long as the cancellation is a full 24 hours before the time of the appointment.
Cancellation by the client on the day of the session:
If the client cancels the appointment on the day of the session full payment will be taken.
Cancellation of an appointment that is part of a package of pre paid sessions:
If cancelled before the day of the appointment, a new session can be booked with no deduction in the number of sessions used.
If the appointment is cancelled on the day or is a no show this session will be deducted from your session amounts.
A client will be expected to pay for appointments that they do not attend and do not make an attempt to contact to inform of a no show.
Lost or late for appointment:
Every effort will be made to accommodate you if you are running late or lost (for first time clients). This is not always possible so may mean the session has to finish at the originally stated time.
EVENT, RETREAT AND WORKSHOPS BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
IMPORTANT: please read the below cancellation and booking policy in full. All retreat/event/workshop registration, payment of non-refundable deposit and payment is taken as full agreement to this policy.
Unfortunately, refunds outside of the below stated policy cannot be given for arriving late, leaving early, travel delays, illness or unforeseen circumstances that requires your withdrawal from the retreat/event/workshop.
Event and Workshop cancellation policy:
Day or evening event/workshop cancellation of place before one week prior to start 50% fee still applicable.
Day or evening event/workshop cancellation of place less that one week prior to start 100% fee still applicable.
Two day event/workshop cancellation of place before two weeks prior to start 50% fee still applicable.
Two day event/workshop cancellation of place less that two weeks prior to start 100% fee still applicable.
Residential Retreat Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of your retreat place up to 5 weeks prior to start: non-refundable deposit applies only
Cancellation of your retreat place 5 weeks prior to start: 50% fee is still applicable
Cancellation of your retreat place 4 weeks prior to start: 75% fee is still applicable
Cancellation of your retreat place up to 3 weeks prior to start: 100% fee is still applicable
If for any reason the retreat/event/workshop is cancelled on our behalf, a full refund will be given or the option to forward payment to a future event/retreat/workshop.
We reserve the creative right to change or adjust any of the components or content of an event/retreat\workshop according to certain circumstances that may arise at the time.
LIABILITY AND TERMS
I Debbie Jordan-Mills and any participating assistants do not accept liability for events beyond our control; loss of, or damage to any of your personal property; personal injury including the development of any medical or psychiatric conditions during or after your session/retreat/event/workshop; and your general experience.
This work is powerful, transformative self-enquiry that may activate physical, emotional, and/or psychological reaction and you will be required to take full responsibility for your participation and self-assessment/self-guidance in and around the work offered.
