Reiki is an ancient form of hands-on-healing that originated in Japan and came over to the west in the late 20th century.
Although Reiki is now widespread throughout the world, with many practitioners giving healing, it has never been just another therapy.
Reiki is a profound spiritual initiation that opens up your natural healing channel and takes you on a deep and powerful journey of awakening.
The attunement process is a gateway to opening up to your own divinity and brings awareness of the sacred within all life.
What is Reiki One?
Reiki One is the first of three levels of attunement you can take. It is focused on self- healing and developing the healer within you.
To be a healer you must be able to heal yourself and understand the importance of self-development.
You will learn how to awaken your healing abilities and gain an understanding of how Reiki works within the body and whole energy system.
The weekend will be a gentle introduction to Reiki. You will have time to learn about this beautiful healing system and how to experience the ‘new you’ within it.
TWO DAY WORKSHOP WITH ATTUNEMENT
• You will receive the Reiki One Attunement.
• Learn about the history and principles of Reiki.
• Learn how to ground, protect and clear your energy field.
• Healing ethics, karma and respecting each person’s healing journey.
• Your development as a healer and what to expect.
• How to use the energy in your life, with your family, children and pets.
• How to give a self-healing treatment.
• How to give a Reiki healing to another (each person will get the chance to give a treatment).
• How to balance chakras.
• How to clear negative energy.
• How to develop your own self-healing practice.

If you are ready to open up to the healing path and commit to living in a greater level of light then receiving the Reiki One Attunement will be the natural next step for you.
On completing the two day teaching and attunement you will be presented with a certificate, manual and a print out of your own personal attunement lineage back to Dr Usui.

MY REIKI JOURNEY
I was originally attuned to Usui Reiki in 2000 when pregnant with my Daughter. It was a life changing experience that helped me connect with my baby, heal my body after the birth and support my children ongoing with healing energies. It gave me access to deep states of peace and calm - something I had been unable to find for years.

I have been offering energy healing and reiki attunements for 18 years. I have seen first hand the whole life benefits my clients and students have experienced. It opens you up to your own divine source connection, your innate body wisdom and a confidence to trust and know yourself on a whole new level.
Above all these attunements empower you to care of yourself in a deeper way. Managing your energy and healing your life. It is a life long journey for us all.
I feel very blessed to offer these attunements and guide students into a new way of feeling and seeing the world.
